What we will do
What's included
Photographing The Wonder of Waterfalls
If you’re coming to The Blue Mountains with a camera, this is the tour for you. We will focus our time hiking into moss and fern lined gullies containing sublime flowing waters and waterfalls. Many of the falls in the Blue Mountains are fed from Hanging Swamp systems that ensure they never run dry, so there is always something to photograph. We plan to visit each set of falls at the optimum time of the day avoiding the bright sunlight, ensuring our scene offers the perfect long exposure opportunities.
On location photography coaching & tuition
While on location, you will be tutored on the techniques and compositions to help you capture waterfalls, including how to seek out the right light, using polarising filters, perfecting your compositions, long exposure settings, and the different techniques for shooting colour or black and white. And there will be plenty of time to critique some of your images and get some guidance or tutoring on your post processing.
